At moment you can apply for up to 30k worth from the purchase plan, which might be scaled back, or you can buy on the market at .13 and definitely get what you buy. 89k worth on offer at the time of posting. I am thinking those sell orders at .13 will give an indication as to how the placement plan is going to go.

Main thing is if and when the share price picks up there can be no complaints that small holders weren't offered the same deal as big holders. If placement shares aren't taken up the company retains the capacity to place them later, so I am not sweating on the capital, especially since they already have the 12 million.
