    Hi Depthtrader

The $13-19 valuations you mention that Lord E and other have posted previously are based on Takeover price, using $6US per lb (consistent with the value per lb of similar trade sales in the past 12mths )with a projected proven resource of around 300m lbs.

The reports today are basing the valuation on EXT becoming a producer.

Even so, using their valuation model for 200m lbs, then should 300m lbs be proven the valuation would be around $10.00. Then allowing for 30-50% premium for a Takeover price we arrive at a figure of $13-15.

So if you valuing EXT at a Takeover price, Lord E is in the ball park.

    Regards

    Steve
