I can't help but wonder what would happen if the roles were reversed in the merger.
if, after 12 months, appstablishment became worth significantly more, maybe getting more contracts? or substantial increases in revenue? while CRO languished in the doldrums.
do you think the appstab guys might pull the plug on the deal? renegotiate better terms for themselves in light of more recent information.
I think so.
so why are us CRO boys and girls haplessly plodding along towards the deal?
