The way I see it... yes Tyro is getting shorted but unlike A2M for example which has seen massive SP continued decline Tyro is holding up well at this price point.
I don't think it's that big with retail investors so I imagine much of the buying and selling is happening by larger investors... and people are happy to accumulate at this level. ... even if good news comes out I don't think it will bounce straight away... may even decline. But people are accumulating...and once they are done and things settle down...it will make its way back to 3.5 plus IMO as that's where this company should be if there is continued growth.
Bannister lawyers are a joke after you do your research and I imagine tyro contracts are likely tight around such issues.
the only short to medium term risk imo is overall market with markets at peaks... that makes me nervous but hoping we see some ups and downs this year instead of another meltdown.
