printer problems - help please, page-5

I have now reconfigured the printer & the pop up is back & I have ink in black & color. Only color printed at first try. I have run all the 'tests' & attempted to print in black & color, black only, color only but only color prints to paper.

Any other suggestions from the hotcopper elite apart from throw the thing away etc etc.

If gold gets past $410 on the close I may buy a new printer.
