bullish engulfing candle, page-3

I stand corrrected technically Tibbsy.

I had a quick glance and was simply focussing on a visualisation based on open closing prices. The reason I called for Chalea is to see if it was or wasn't, as I don't have todays chart and I didn't do my homework before I posted, as a good learner chartist like myself should.

My quick glance at yesterdays IC chart I saw the red bearish star at close. Albeit higher than the previous days close it was bearish on its own signalling a closing lower than it opened with a long wick, despite the high of 4c. Last night I though PEN may take a step back today when I saw that candle.

My quick vision was that of a solid green candle overshadowing yesterdays, thus my (incorrect) description. Technically you are right in that todays is not a true bullish engulfing candle and I will eat humble pie.

As you also rightly point out it is a positive sign and a bullish continuation pattern.

My sincere apologies to the masses for my little over enthusiastic header :)

Now back to the chart...bring it on Chalea, I like very much what I am seeing now.
