If you haven't yet, well, please contact the company's CFO in the first instance, not via Jesse or any other shareholder, you sound as though you know your stuff, you have revealed a Buy/Held position which if truthful, indicates that you feel the company has solid potential, so crossing the t's and dotting the I's will not only give you some closure on this topic, but will rest easy for many on this forum.
This isn't US Securities Corporate Rules, this is the Australian Securities Rules, so state your case, I'm sure you will get the legal outcome, as I'm no expert in this field (Fact Finder) probably knows the best approach regarding notifying the ASX if that's the correct approach, if the company isn't co-operative.
