The board changes are coincidental, hopefully nothing more. What I don't think is coincidental is VXR sold down over a couple of months that Copper rose strongly... especially the last couple of weeks where VXR got pushed down from 12c to 10.5c while copper and zinc absolutely took off.... Def looks like softening up holders for a pineapple.
May be related to one or more major shareholders. An interesting situation would be if the equity offer was related to NST, and the deck was re-arranged to remove AT and leave us compromised and venerable for the ensuing negotiations... That would be dirty pool indeed.
