WES does seem to be doing very nicely. Just moving along the upper Bollinger for a change, and getting comfortable on top of the 200 MA once again.
I agree with Sircorp - provided the market stays positive, the chart looks as if it will be approaching $27 by the end of the month. The range of the price channel seems to be around $2.25 - so $25-ish to $27-ish by the beginning of June.
