I stand corrected Shifter. Thank you for pointing that out.
After scanning the full buys and sells since October as per the announcement it appears that they were selling similar volumes to what they were buying. The big surge came on the 12th and the 15th Feb.
I am using a 'rule of thumb' scan. I haven't done the full tally exercise.
