    We are looking for an ambitious, passionate and performance driven Account Manager willing to travel to wine regions across NSW, ACT and QLD to sign up, onboard and manage new and existing customers.

    The role

    Reporting to the National Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining and supporting long term relationships with wine and beverage producers within your defined territory.

    Key duties and responsibilities

    • Develop, nurture and close potential new customer leads
    • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
    • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and industry associations
    • Educate and up sell existing customers about our various products and services
    • Work closely with the National Account Manager to improve lead generation, sales processes and customer retention strategies
    • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure the efficient on-boarding of new customers and retention of existing customers
    • Meet and exceeding sales targets
    • Attend industry events and representing the company

    Your skills and experience

    • Tertiary qualifications, ideally in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Management
    • Proven track record in business development
    • At least 2 years of Account Management/BDM experience within the 3PL logistics industry – wine industry experience will be an advantage
    • Experience in meeting KPI’s and sales targets
    • Ability to develop business cases that articulate strategy, value propositions, required investments and financial returns
    • Proficient in CRM and other sales management software
    • High level of personal credibility, customer relationship, networking & interpersonal skills
    • A strong ability to build rapport with customers
    • Ability to be analytical, think creatively and develop solutions specific to customer needs
    • Good presentation and reporting skills

    We are looking for experienced, ambitious and hands-on Customer Service Specialist to join our rapidly growing team of passionate professionals.     The opportunity

    Our mission is to engage with our community of Wineries and buyers. This means we need our front-line Customer Support Team to be absolute specialists in our offering, our business model and our customers. You will be supporting customers via multiple channels including phone, email and Live Chat.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Deliver a best in class customer experience in a high-volume, customer service environment through multiple channels.
    • Handle all customer queries with the goal of providing an efficient, effective resolution while delighting our customers, going above and beyond to build loyalty and advocacy
    • Deliver on all team and individual KPIs, including productivity targets and customer satisfaction metrics (CSat, NPS and Retention Rates)
    • Be open and receptive to feedback and coaching as we pride ourselves on living our continuous improvement mindset
    • Positively contribute to our passionate, customer-oriented, and results-driven team!

    Your ideal experience

    • Minimum 2-year professional experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where you were managing internal or external customer requests. This may have been a contact centre for an e-commerce business.
    • Logistics experience (experience working with courier partners on investigation’s where packages are etc)
    • Knowledge and experience within the Wine industry.
    • Tertiary qualification desirable, but not mandatory
    • Fast learner with strong fluency in Web Technologies and the Internet
