A 19.9% ownership doesn't happen by accident and to me looks like a company who is keen to trigger a takeover clause at above 20%. Maybe I'm wrong and they are happy sitting on the sidelines though, who knows.
Good points regarding SBM, they need to come up with something for their future too and GMD's project seems like it would fit the bill in terms of location and size.
