In terms of contract manufacturing, KTD help their customers develop new products. They then hold the IP and produce for the customer. As they hold the IP the customer cannot go elsewhere. That’s why the contract revenue is sticky.
In terms of their own proprietary products they are chasing on trend products such as plant based etc. The Tonik range is well branded, tastes great (one of the main things in my opinion) and is starting to gain some serious traction. Other Tonik products in this health and wellness space to come are Nootropics based energy drinks and BCAA Amino Acid based functional water.
