Your post is absolutely correct and conservative IMO.
If one looks at the radiometrics to the south of Zones 1 and 2 it is a reasonable assumption that there is another 5 km of resource at least maybe more.
However your valuation does not take any of this area into account.
The JORC measured resource could IMO apperoach 5 to 6 million lbs.
Time will tell.
