investor versus shareholder, page-2

I am an investor and have been in two other MIS companies that went bust. The trees are yours and you have a lease over the land. But if they are not mature yet, there may be issues in finding a company to manage them for you. If they are relatively mature, it should be fine.
This is why I didn't take up their recent offer to convert my assets into shares (non-assets!).
