Boiler - PRR needs money, lots of money. IMO when/if PRR gets to the "certainty" of having a product it will have been either taken over by a larger pharma or issued many more shares for cashflow. Therefore I think 1 billion shares on issue is quite likely. Also isn't a P/E of 20 a little high in this kind of market?
You can have all my stock at 50 cents.
