That last volume that took them into significant holder status is the Capital Raise, as such it won’t show up as any broker transaction as it is from HMD itself. Possibly it will show up as PAC Partners as they facilitated the CR.

If there’s been lots of CS, Mac Insto and Citi purchases on the broker data then that is almost guaranteed to be private investors. UBS are a bit different but are also highly unlikely to be buying HMD at this point. UBS will be as a nominee group more than likely.

Yep I know.

When I say insto\broker that's what I meant. Not wrap accounts (Pershing is the largest net buyer over Feb to date for example).
