IMO your view on the name change is accurate. If you look at the votes from the meeting released on 19 May 2020 there were 74m votes in favor (65% of the vote) and 40m against. they held 38m shares at the time of the vote, statistically it is almost impossible that that many other shareholders voted against the name change, that could make up 38m shares, given the breakdown of the Top 20. Shows the overwhelming majority of shareholders who voted wanted the name change and if you take out gong and vivienne, 99% were in favor of the change. Also if it was an ordinary resolution and only required 50% of the vote, it would have passed comfortably. Shame on them.
