This share will hit 1 dollar within next 6 months. Reasons
1)Market is positive mood
2) Cancer medicine are expensive,
3) Look at success of US biomedical , that is huge,
(Biota was less than 10 cents in Dec, now 1.10)
PRR is now 7 cents, 1 dollar is not overestimate)
Company is old(it is not a new baby) and I am sure they have learnt from past mistakes.
