once you sell shares for a profit selmax, you have a made a capital gain which is taxable at 100% if you have had the shares for less than 1 year, 50% if you have held them for a year and longer.
if any of you guys want to re-invest in property let me know, i've just started my own agency specialising in well researched investment property. between now and july 1st could claw back a little, via depreciation and interset payments, etc.
