Noidea Davidoff59, but I highly suspect the management team are very aware that there would be plenty of investors sitting on the sidelines with cash to invest when they finally make the update (if it is good that is !). I guess it is a matter of getting everything up to speed before any announcement is made. I suspect the merger would want to be bedded down first and then focus can switch to sales / production / efficiencies etc. But I am guessing here.
