Tim admitted that JCap benefit from shorting but do not short themselves which suggests the .
shorters fund them. He also said the involved shorters were overseas not Australian.
He claimed NEA is held mainly by retail investors and that Instos were not generally interested as a reason for targetting NEA.

He also reported the claim that competitors camera systems were much better and that NEA had not properly addressed that in their response (I do not hold that position).
