I don't quite get your reasoning.
Polartechnics have just completed two capital raisings, the convertible notes (part 2; orginal in Dec 08) and the SPP.
They are cashed up and ready to go. Assuming things go to plan they should reach break-even very soon, and break through to profitability with enough in the coffers to be agressively marketting both TruScreen & CerviScreen, with FER's cash adding to those two plus the commercialisation of the Fermiscan test.
Investors with money to invest will be doing so on-market, at least for the near-term and hopefully forever (i.e.hopefully no more capital raisings required).
