I have to agree with you Macrae.

"I speculate that the Lower Barker Zone will be hit during Monday, if not before., if, as they say, drilling has recommenced early today."

Just spoke to rick. Finishing casing now. Expect to start drilling at 5am UTAH time tomorrow. Not sure of thickness they have to drill. "Could be 2 feet or might be 300 feet." Drill approx 70 feet per day
So i will hold and watch.

    ...........................................................

To me I read that as tomorrow being a Friday seeing he spoke with Rick on the Thursday.

Time difference from Perth to Salt Lake City is 14 hours behind

    Perth
    Australia - Western Australia
    Sun 1:34 AM

    Salt Lake City
    U.S.A. - Utah
    Sat 11:34 AM

So 5AM Friday Utah time is 7PM Friday Perth time.

Now if they were to actually start drilling 5AM friday that gives us 61 hours of drilling up till market open 8AM Perth time.

Last Monday's ann states logging to be done then cementing the casing.

Tuesday's ann states the tool string is tripping out of the hole and expected on the surface noon (EST) after which the MDT will be run.

That puts running of the MDT around 8PM Monday Utah time.

Wednesday ann states the MDT started late last night and will take approx 24 hours and will be finished late today.

If that is say 8PM Perth time then it is 6AM Wed Utah and by my calc they started MDT approx 6AM Tues Utah and are 10 hours behind from the Monday 8PM Utah time.

Thursday ann states drilling to resume Saturday (which I assume is Perth time seeing GDN is based in Perth) and deducting 14 hours from that puts it sometime Friday Utah time, which at least puts it close enough to Rick's comment over the phone later the same day of a 5AM drill start Utah time.

So even adding 12 hours and we get a drill start Saturday morning Perth time that still gives us 48 hours of drilling before market opens Monday.

So potentially they could have done anywhere between 48-60 hours of drilling.

As to the drill rate well ????? but if they can drill somewhere between 5 and 6.25 feet per hour then they should be into the Lower Barker Creek formation before the market opens Monday
