I have not heard of any new developments from the Government, other than them spending $250 million on consultants.. This spend is ludicrous when they have a company that has the plans already in place..
But, we only hear any news through leaked documents.. Low and behold that the Government can be actually transparent on anything..
There have been a number of very good independant articles in the daily papers over the last couple of days and I have drawn my conclusions from them and listening to various people..
