Again, BFS is often being worked on in parallel to the DFS and then the final draft of the BFS is completed after the DFS is finalised. Something else to consider as well is that LG Chem offered a prepayment in exchange for increasing the plant size. The BFS may incorporate that offtake agreement because it lowers the financial risk of the project to any other funding providers.
I have a feeling a lot of major announcements will happen together in short succession around DFS finalisation time.
