Going by the past CR at 16c , we eventually drifted down to 12c or 25% below CR price.
However at that time IOU was starved of news for months as it was still in developmental phase.
I don't think we will see such a drift down this time - there's too much going on with IOU atm to see that sort of drop.
Could be wrong - don't hold me to anything.
