Completely disagree, the fact is that the company is seriously struggling with patient recruitment for the PTX200 trial and displaying a complete lack of transparency to the market. If you want to use the term administrative for failing to recruit patients in the previously reported time frames, then you are arguing minor semantics (and very poorly tbh), so you are nothing but a troll.
The treatment is delivered by the relevant medical facility and lead physician. What is PTX doing if not the administration of the trial overall? Are they just chilling at the beach?
