whatever entity Amazon used to purchase the shares, could be anything corporate trustee / trust etc
the shares that are under warrants presumably are z1ps shares.
if you're worried about dilution; no there won't be dilution as the shares exist, but are held by z1p against the agreement but reserved exclusively to Amazon Under the warrant contract
