I guess its my opinion based on what i have seen in the past.
Its logical if someone is stealing your market share and you can integrate a similar system into your business plan without much effort you certainly would take that road.
Its easy to destroy opposition who are taking your customers when you are already a big player in the market.

Its all common sense. You don't need to be a rocket scientist . Unfortunately many hotcopper posters are blinded by their emotional addiction to fast money. There is a large cycle of people in the market who make some money then loose their shirt based on market hysteria. I notice there is a lot of unbalance emotional violence online towards different opinions. This indicates these type of stocks are backed by treasure hunters.
