NO.
Some companies were capital raising and many good ones weren't.
AIS only needed to capital raise to buy Cracow. By June last year AIS did not need to capital raise for the Tritton operation, it raised capital to buy Cracow.
I'm amazed how many holders have so little knowledge of the company.
