BNPL users generally also have multiple BNPL accounts and use other BNPL services of competitors as it is a convenience for users.

DOU is in banking space and is competing with every bank on the planet as well as other financial wellness apps. DOU has to attract customers that already have some form of the same as what DOU and a few apps on their phones combine to already offer them. It is also not likely that users will have more than 1 bank account as like BNPL users would have multiple accounts. To get the benefit of financial welness DOU has to be their no 1 preference as it is an inconvenience having more than 1 bank account unlike BNPL. Users of DOU will be more picky as a bank account is a major decision unlike BNPL.
