JBalls , 'hastening economic reforms' will be a bonus for GIP (assuming they DO develop and mine the huge prospects they have in Egypt).
In Egypt ,the cost of doing business is relatively high , and very inefficient.
Anything that can be done to make business more effecient and reduce costs will benefit GIP , and the whole Egyptian economy imho.
Nothing will happen overnight though I guess.
