Let's assume CTO is Icarus the 2nd , was over ambitious in trying to fly too close to the sun... and can't develop the giant Western Decline on a shoe string - it proves too great a task for a cash strapped junior and it runs out of cash before it can open up the multiple stopes.
Let's assume CTO sees the writing on the wall and places this project for sale in an open bidding process, by engaging an international company like goldman sachs.
what will this prime ,low cash cost, project with $227 mill worth of property, plant and equipment sell for ?
