I have actually looked into all of that. A lot of it is proprietary and not listed, c but you are right most are not using SO2, Can you make a list of the top 7 fabs and the current status of their ReRAM & MRAM projects? Can you also list the ones using Silicon Oxide?
I"m not saying WBT is not better, just saying they all have their projects in the works and we don't know the status of them.
You guys need one of the big boys to scrap their internal project and make an offer to buy you out before the core patents expire.... if the patents are even valid, they havent been challenged yet in court.
