Thats the stock you are thinking of Puntland to be exact It's a stock not for the faint hearted and did mention it was high risk high reward I have held this stock for years and bought in at average at 62c and held it over $1.30 twice i was a dumb ass for not selling. they have ticked a lot of boxes in the last 18 months and for tightly held stock (Just over 200 mill on issue)under 5c is a good entry.
