Don't hate on me but I did warn it was a very weak bounce through $1 on this news. Reality is that it was a great name to get but no earnings accretion, only promises and a bucketload of dilution/free shares/options associated with the transaction.

Also, $50m of insto shares settling tomorrow and being released for trade on Wednesday at 70c. You don't think they will clip a very nice 30% in the space of a week? In the very least, lighten their position? With the market starting to come off in spec land and volume across the bourse looking very wobbly, I will wait.

Is a great company but an incredibly risky buy here.

IMO DYOR
