Where do investors make money in the short term if there is little in the way of dividends for the next year or so and no buybacks. To invest in bsl now is to assume that steel prices will remain high for an extended period while they spend cash to expand in the USA. Maybe talk of a blast furnace reline has also put a few people off side.
