I’m still confused because the latest trading update showed about 115,000 registrations from jan 2020 to jan 2021. I’m sure many registrations were accepted prior to jan 2020. If this is the case there should have been in excess of 200,000 past registrations. Do we simply lose a lot of active customers because they register but do nothing afterwards, or we get hoppers that go somewhere else? Would be Nice to know in the reports to get some gauge of loss of potential customers. Superannuation companies do that for outflows of monies from their funds.
