The SOI in BRN doesn't concern me seeing majority SHs are the founders of the company and not dodgy big intos.
No preference. I think both are brilliantly set up for the future and are led very well. Management is of crucial importance to me. I think MC is a remarkable bloke personally. Not only extremely book smart and knows his stuff, but an amazing communicator as well. You rarely find that in CEOs and we are lucky to have this calibre in AXE. Once we get really big though, he may need help with the business side of things I guess. But probably not.
But that is just my opinion, not financial advice etc.
