We don't want to develop this ourselves imho.
What we do want is a blocking stake so that any take our has to negotiate on our terms.
If we do have a blocking stake with all associated holders together then that will do the job in the best interests of share holders.
We are surrounded by giants so one of them is going to want us.
If i may speak for others, they can have us at a price or we do a jv on suitable terms to us.
A blocking stake will guarantee that if we can muster that.
