help - index trading sucks so far, page-35

Heres a trade i did earlier tonight on ftse live, dont know whether it will helpp and im still learning how to broadcast hence using a 1 minute chart which i prefer to go no lower than 5 minutes. I thought wow i got 10 minutes to pull off a trade, i didnt think to press pause LOL
Its using a CFD ftse100 and the spread is a bit wide but anyway i just walked in to the office went as live as i could without researching into too much, 5 minutes earlier it would have had been entry at 4411 instead of the 4417 on offer.
Mainly to highlight how i use target and trailing stop on an index.
