Just looks like a daigou type reseller operating out of Sydney.I reckon USA IF may be on the horizon in the next few years, the MVM facility is USFDA certified which should be a good starting point. They still need to get their product FDA approved through the New Infant Formula Notification which is apparently a very lengthy and rigorous process.
Hopefully they can learn from the experience of Munchkin, another Synlait company, which has struggled and failed to get its IF registered with the FDA. Bit of a mystery what happened to that one, but I think A2M could do better.
