For this reason and also lower costs in Mongolia EXR stand to get better margin than any Australian gas after 50%PSC costs for natural gas price of anything less than $12aud/GJ. A couple of dumb examples
Eg 1.
EXR 0.5($12/GJ-cogs$2-trans$1.5)=$4.25/GJ
VS
Aust $12/GJ-cogs$3-trans$5.5)=$3.5
Eg 2.
EXR 0.5($9/GJ-cogs$2-trans$1.5)=$2.75/GJ
VS
Aust $9/GJ-cogs$3-trans$5.5)=$0.5/GJ
