I have managed to pretty much secure my financial future after going without a lot compared to societal peers. Since I worked so hard to make my butt fireproof, why should I pay to support those that have mortgages they can't afford and a flash new car and plasma and multiple credit cards and no financial sense?

Why, if I have kids, should they have to pay for it too?

I have heard far too many people say they are going to use their stimulus money to "put a dent in the credit card". WHAT?!?

Swanny could do the most conservative budget ever and it wouldn't make a difference to the pain that is still coming.

Banks have to take some of the blame. Recently I was at the bank and got asked after I had finished my transaction, if they "could help me with a personal loan today?". I was depositing money, and NO, I don't want fries with that!
