Yeah. There's always a disclaimer that revenue comes down to the 'take up' rate by customers. It's a shame that customers lack the education and importance of call recording and the value it brings to their organisation. I think we are still a good couple of years away for organisations to understand how the data obtained from call recording can enhance their business activities - ie not just about collecting the data but learning how to interpret what the data is telling them and extracting value from it.
