All that sounds rational enough but what if the company has been using your money for years with no appreciable advancement, regurgitates the same old speal, too lazy to even change the wording, can't get an AGM to work properly. Should one just sell up the shares with a loss or break even and let the company off the hook?. No updates from the company, just couldn't be bothered, won't answer the phones or email.
