I'd like to think that these issues have been addressed by the company and especially through their BEE partners.
WWI is not responsible for the past actions of others and will be providing many jobs in an economy that is a shambles (also not WWI's fault or causing) - predominantly jobs to black workers who need it the most.
The WWI board is dominated by lawyers.
Now I'm not saying that lawyers are a higher breed of human, as we all know that is not the case.
However, the onus on a lawyer to act within the law is higher than on us "regular" homo sapiens.
However important WWI is to MQ & HS, I dare say their legal practices and law license is more important and more valuable.
I doubt they'd do anything to jeopardise this and will play with a very straight bat.
