looks like chinese trying to keep it down but the global demand is outstripping slashed supply
Norilsk now slashed supply to china also after BHP Vale Indos & phillipines, all lower production by 10%-20%
Vale shutdown the New caledonia mine and Philos shut down a while island.
Norilsk shutdown the nickel plant in siberia due to spill and expolsion
Indo floods have hit a nickel province
NP should rocket to 10.0 soon
Chinese buyers desperate, economies recovering but nickel sulphide going to run out at this rate in 5 years according to the Nickel institute unless NP rockets up to boost supply production
