It appears Mr. Guo has a solid Africa network! And 600 million shares that he'd probably like to be worth a tad more than they are at the moment!
Though at 0.003, 600 mill is worth a very noice $1.8 million.
If he dumps at 0.001 it's still $600,000. Win-win, or what?
